个人简介

李国田,男,华中农业大学教授、博士生导师。长期从事水稻-稻瘟菌互作研究,建立了全基因组测序的水稻快中子突变体库并综合多种生物信息学手段对其中突变进行深度分析;并证明利用此突变体库能够快速克隆水稻抗病相关基因;阐明了稻瘟菌Mst50蛋白在多个MAPK信号通路中的作用。在Plant CellMolecular PlantEnvironmental MicrobiologyCurrent Opinion in MicrobiologyRice等学术期刊发表研究论文10余篇,

本课题组以水稻和稻瘟菌为研究对象,已从水稻突变体库中筛选出多个抗病突变体,表型突出,正综合利用生物信息学、遗传学、基因组学、CRISPR/Cas9等基因编辑以及生化和分子生物学等技术手段深入研究已鉴定的抗病突变体;在稻瘟菌方面,主要从水稻抗病的角度研究此病原真菌的致病性。本研究室从寄主和病原菌两方面解析水稻与稻瘟菌互作的分子机制,为稻瘟病的防治提供种质资源和理论基础
